LTC were required to carry out all external works excluding windows. As a package contractor we completed extensive works to roofs, fabric and structural as well as the scaffolding and decoration.

Over the 4 years we worked closely with both Lakehouse and the Camden teams to provide the required level of service that was expected and that LTC strive to offer. Each year we would work on approximately 150 properties with works valued between £12,000 to £60,000 a property over a targeted 12 weeks program.

Having taken the project on as just the roofing and scaffolding contractor, once we were awarded the package we were required to quickly and effectively implement formal internal procedures and recruit additional staff to build up the site team. This included contract dedicated staff of a Project Manager, Site Manager, Works Foreman and 2 Quantity Surveyors which enabled us to provide the best value for money while remaining in control of all the works elements.

LTC were required to carry out works in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 for the New Vision Homes who oversee Woking Boroughs housing stock. Scope of works ranged from installing rise and fall kitchens to enable disabled access to installing wet room bathrooms for elderly residence. During the two months we received considerable amounts of positive feedback from both carers/residence as well as from our client. This has led to LTC agreeing additional works of approximately £1.2 million over 2013-2014 with our client.

LTC carried out a large scale design and build to a residential property where the client wished to demolish the existing 700 m2 property and build a 2000 m2 bespoke family home. Working with architects, engineers and local tradesmen, LTC Contracting were able to smoothly construct the ideal family home for our client.
