Our Contracting division carry out small to major commercial contracts for government bodies, in the health and education sectors, as well as working with private blue chip corporations.
Areas of expertise include civil engineering, building maintenance, general building works, bespoke joinery, small works and period property repairs and renovation.

Current and recent contracts include:
- 5 year Measured Term contract at Camden, undertaking Structural, brickwork, timber and Fabric repairs:- value £2.5m per annum.
- Woking Borough Council:- undertaking Disabled Adaptations work, including showers, kitchens, ramps and improved access for Residents:- value £250,000 in four weeks, as required by client.
- Orchard School, Hampton:- Construction of extension to existing school, whilst school in use:- value £200,000
