Providing a Decent Home means a great deal to LTC as we understand that improvements works can have a huge impact on residents. Our team are dedicated to engage with every resident before, during and after the work, enabling customers to be informed during every step of the process.

We aim to cause as little inconvenience as possible by:

• Reducing the time spent in residents homes by improving turnaround times
• Accommodating residents daily schedules
• Ensuring all services and appliances are restored as quickly as possible
• Providing welfare and respite facilities for residents during the works
• Communicating during every stage of the works and if required providing translation services
